As a business innovator and improver, you know how to achieve responsible innovations. With your foundational understanding of organizations and changes in the environment of an organization, you spot opportunities for innovation. You can choose an appropriate innovation method that enables you to go through a structured innovation process. You then know how to identify various directions for opportunity based on innovation types and tactics. During the innovation process, you understand how to take into account the social and ecological impact of an innovation. Additionally, you can represent the financial impact in a simple business case. Finally, you know how to persuade an important stakeholder of your innovation.

For 8 weeks I did a minor at International Business, Avans University of Applied sciences. I became an expert on intercultural communication and business. To learn more about other cultures I worked with students from the USA, France, met with Colombians and worked with Moroccans and Turkish. This aligned well with my love for exploring other cultures and traveling.

I draw energy from motivating others and making them aware of their unique qualities by actively listening to them and offering support.
