Eid al-Fitr

I did voluntary work for HelloBreda, an organization focused on helping refugees and newcomers in Breda with tasks such as language learning, government paperwork, job searches, and even simple things like biking lessons. They organized an Eid al-Fitr festival and asked me to help make it an inclusive event for all citizens of the multicultural city of Breda. One of my contributions was creating a sort of 'passport' for visitors. It included information about Eid al-Fitr, encouraged people to try different food stands, and prompted them to reflect on what they were thankful for. The ability to develop creative solutions when I get jobs like these is my strength.
